서울특별시 미디어재단 티비에스 인권경영헌장 Seoul Media Foundation TBS Human Rights Charter

서울특별시 미디어재단 티비에스는 재단 임직원이 준수해야 할 올바른 행동 규범과 가치 판단을 기준으로 다음과 같이 인권경영헌장을 선포한다.

Seoul Media Foundation TBS hereby declares the Human Rights Charter based on the principles of correct behavioral norms and value judgmens that Foundation employees should adhere to.

하나, 우리는 세계인권선언을 비롯한 인권 관련 국제 기준과 헌법과 법률, 각종 규범을 지지하고 준수한다.
We endorse and comply with international standards related to human rights, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as well as constitutional provisions, laws, and various regluations.
하나, 우리는 임직원의 고용을 포함한 모든 이해관계자와의 관계에 있어 성별, 인종, 종교, 신체조건, 장애, 학력, 나이, 출신 지역, 출신 국가, 정치적 견해 등을 이유로 차별을 하지 아니하며 다양성을 존중한다.
We respect diversity and do not discriminate based on gender, race, religion, physical condition, disability, education, age, place of origin, nationality, political beliefs, or any other reasons in all relationships with stakeholders, including the employment of staff.
하나, 우리는 직원의 인권 보호와 증진을 위해 결사 및 단체교섭의 자유를 보장하며 노사 간 신뢰를 기반으로 공동 번영을 지향한다.
We guarantee freedom of assembly and collective bargaining for the protection and promotion of employees' human rights, and we strive for mutual prosperity based on trust between labor and management.
하나, 우리는 어떠한 형태의 강제노동과 아동노동을 허용하지 않는다.
We do not tolerate any form of forced labor or child labor.
하나, 우리는 안전하고 건강한 근무여건을 조성하여 산업안전 및 보건에 증진한다.
We promote industrial safety and health by creating safe and healthy working conditions.
하나, 우리는 모든 이해관계자를 공정하게 대우하고 소통하며 인권경영을 실천할 수 있도록 지원한다.
We treat all stakeholders fairly, communicate transparently, and support the implementation of human rights management.
하나, 우리는 사업 활동과 관련된 지역주민의 인권을 존중하고 상생을 추구한다.
We respect the human rights of local residents related to business activities and seek mutual prosperity.
하나, 우리는 국내외 환경 관련 법규를 준수하고, 미래세대의 쾌적한 삶을 위해 노력한다.
We comply with domestic and international environmental regulations and strive for a pleasant life for future generations.
하나, 우리는 모든 형태의 부패에 반대하고, 부패 발생을 예방하는 윤리경영 및 투명한 경영정보 공개를 위해 실천하고 점검의무의 노력을 다한다.
We oppose all forms of corruption, practice ethical management, and strive for transparent management information disclosure to prevent corruption and fulfill the duty of inspection.
하나, 우리는 임직원, 이해관계자, 시민들에게 공정하고 공익을 위한 방송을 제공하여 시청자의 권익을 증진하기 위해 노력한다.
We strive to provide fair and public-interest-oriented broadcasts to employees, stakeholders, and citizens to enhance viewers' rights and interests.
하나, 우리는 경영 및 사업 활동 과정에서의 고충과 인권침해를 예방하기 위해 노력하고 고충 및 인권침해가 발생한 경우 인권침해에 대한 신속하고 적절한 구제조치를 제공한다.
We make efforts to prevent grievances and human rights violations during management and business activities and provide prompt and appropriate remedies if grievances and human rights violations occur.

재단은 임직원을 비롯한 모든 이해관계자의 인권 존중 및 보호를 위해 인권경영의 정착과 확산에 있어서 최선을 다할 것을 다짐한다.
Seoul Media Foundation TBS pledges to do its best to establish and spread human rights management for the respect and protection of the human rights of all stakeholders, including employees.
